Get started with the launch of the Netflix app. Touch the Login button. When you are on the login screen, tap the Need help? Button. The text below Subscribe. Then they'll send you to a dedicated Netflix website for help signing in.
From here, you have a voice phone - email, text message, or even three methods to reset your Netflix password. Remember that you must have linked a Netflix account and phone number if you want to choose voice or text phone options.
Open the Netflix show and select Sign in at the top right.
Press Need help? Below the Login button.
Select one of the 3 ways to reset your own password.
Email Enter your email address.
Harness Email me. Check your email.
Tap Text me. Wait for a text message with a verification code.
Order from verification code. Touch Verify. Voice Contact Enter the phone number associated with your account.
Harness Call me. Wait for an automated phone call with a confirmation code. Enter the confirmation code. Touch Verify.
Enter the email address used in your Netflix login if you chose the option which is email and tap the Email me button again. From that point, check your inbox for an email from Netflix. Open the email and tap on Reset Netflix Password. The link opens a new tab in your browser, where you can create and confirm your new password.
