If you are holding the standard fare flight ticket then, you are not permitted to cancel your booking after 24 hours from ticket purchase.
The flex fare will get a refund if the flight ticket cancellation is placed before the departure of flight time.
The refund as well as cancellation eligibility up to 3 hours before the departure of the flight.
The cancellation will also depend on the class, distance, duration, location, time, situation, or other similar things.
If someone raises the cancellation request the first 24 hours after the ticket purchase so there are a few categories where they will get the full refund.
If the flight originated from the US then, the passenger will get the leverages for the cancellation.
As per the KLM Cancellation Policy, the cancellation request would be accepted from legitimate sources namely the website or mobile application passenger care helpdesk number, or the booking counter of KLM Airlines.
If the flyer is facing a delayed or canceled experience by KLM Airlines then, raise the flight to reschedule request or cancellation request without any extra fee.
If someone is showing an invalid or no-show ticket then, he/she can't board their flight and connect with the helpdesk team of the KLM.
If the passenger has placed the cancellation request but, awaiting the refund he/she must also place the refund request.
If someone is showing the order papers from the judicial or government then, he/she will get the flight cancellation facility without any additional fee.
