·  Basic economy ticket holders will not get the facility to raise the cancellation request after 24 hours from the flight ticket purchase. 

·  During the flight ticket cancellation, passenger flight tickets should not be booked from the specific offer or deals then, the cancellation will not be applicable. 

·  In case of special conditions namely the death of a family member, delayed or disrupted flight, specific orders, or health complications then, the passenger will get the chance to claim the full refund without any cancellation fee.
